For the Young Living Community…
Inspired by Gary’s vision of oils in every home, I’ve created tools and resources for the Young Living community to help bring that vision into reality.
Each creation first played a significant role in my own life and mission to connect mind, body and spirit, fully activate wellness, purpose, and abundance in service to God/Creator, the earth and all who inhabit it. My hope and prayer is that every being is restored to their wholeness and with boldness, confidence, enthusiasm and love get to fully live their highest potential and greatest mission here and now.
The wisdom gained from my own journey is meant to be shared and has profound effects on creating balance, alignment, harmony, joy, freedom, passion, and purpose. It is with a heart of service and great honor that I get to share it with you. May it support you in your journey and all those you share with increasing the wellness, purpose, and abundance in your life and community!

In my eight years as part of the Young Living family and the 20 years of holistic wellness and natural health pursuits, I’ve gone through the phases of learning and living physical health, emotional health, mental health, and the past few years I’ve been on the journey of connecting and activating spiritual health. I believe it is time for these communities to tap in and attune to spiritual wellness and alignment in deep ways. By not doing so, we will continue living disconnected from ourselves, our true nature, and each other and thus dis-ease and dis-harmony will remain. I choose to create a better world by first aligning my life, then helping others do the same.
My teachings do not ascribe to a particular religion, though I admire and respect each one.
My background and path is one of connection to God/Creator/Source and Christ, the I Am, God lives in us frequency. I honor the Bible (and all of its many versions) as books containing the history of mankind here on earth, universal law, quantum physics and the nature of God/Creator and all of creation, healing, restoration, and revelation of our true divine nature through the teachings of Christ.
I honor your truth, differences, wisdom and experiences, and every path. May we see ourselves and each other as both teacher and student always in all ways, building the bridge through love, and realizing we have much more in common than we have differences. May the tools and resources I’ve created bring value to your life, for it is for all of humanity and creation to arise in wellness, purpose, and abundance.
Why this work matters
All things are connected. All of creation is full of patterns. The microcosm mirrors the macrocosm and vice versa infinitely in all directions. In other words, as above, so below. Everything outside of us is contained within us, and vice versa. For this I like to say as within, so without. Science is exploring the possibility that if everything with the exception of one cell of our body ceased to exist, the entire universe could be recreated with the information contained in that one cell. And it’s finding the answer is a likely yes!
When we live life out of alignment with the connections to the cycles of nature, our world, both inner and outer, is by default in disharmony. And many of us do not even realize it. It is not until we become conscious to the natural design, and live our lives in alignment to the rhythms of the earth, our body and the cosmos, all of which work together in harmony and bring balance to our world and lives, that we begin to realize what life in alignment looks and feels like and the peace, grace and ease it creates within us. When we are unconscious to these rhythms, we are living life from our own understanding and strength. When we align with creation as God/Creator/Divine Intelligence intended, we are supported by all that is and things flow easier and more naturally in our lives.
Learning these concepts, living and embodying them, and sharing with others leads to:
Going from a life of stress, force, overwhelm, and exhaustion to a life of flow, ease, and grace, gratitude, peace and patience and as a result great abundance and joy
A balanced life between work and play, pleasure and discipline, rest and action
An increase in self-worth and self-love, and great love for others and appreciation for all of creation
Harmony and peace within us and in the world around us
Improved physical, mental, and emotional health
Knowing yourself, your design, your purpose and having the faith, courage, and conviction and God confidence to live it fully
A sense of connection to everyone and everything, and life becomes so much more fun as you begin to see and live fully in the magic and miracles available in each moment.
As you shift your consciousness and heal outdated patterns and programs that no longer serve you, there is a ripple effect, a butterfly effect if you will. As physics shows, for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The change in you creates change in the world around you. And as your outer world begins to align to the true you, it may result in job and career changes, physical moves, and relationship changes as you let go of what is no longer good for you.
Community is key!
If you do not yet have people in your life with whom you can share your inner world and your experiences as you make your way along the restoration and ascension path, please lean on and into the Chrysalis Collaborative Community until you find or create your in person tribe.
Also know the path isn’t linear, but a spiral. When it seems you’re going backwards, you are looping back to see something that will lead to a greater layer of healing and transformation.
Surrender, Acceptance, Release, Forgiveness, Transformation, Present Time, Into the Future, Believe, and of course the classic Great Day Protocol - Valor, Joy, Harmony, Highest Potential and White Angelica have all been instrumental in my healing and growth journey.
If I can do this, you can do this. WE can do this. And you are not alone! Besides having a team of heavenly angels working on your behalf, there are many earth angels who have gone before and there are many whom your stories, voice and wisdom will help along their journey.
